The space in the store is not very big, but the layout is very centralized and the lighting is very atmospheric. Not only are the ingredients delicious, they also look very appetizing, which perfectly suits my taste. Their layout is really thoughtful.

Great food! If you&rsquo;re here the first time and you love wine, this would be a good place! (Maybe not so much for vegetarian/ vegan tho)

Very professional staff, excellent location, really good food. The PIP vegetables lasagna is great (I&#39;m a fierce carnivore, yet I loved it!). The children loved the pizzas, also really awesome rose sangria. It was not our first visit, it will not be our last! Thank you to all the really friendly and professional staff, you made our day.

This restaurant opened opposite where we lived and didn&#39;t notice it at first. I originally booked a steak in another store, but the business was really good. The boss took the order for a dumpling to show us. The 5 of us really couldn&#39;t get in, so I searched it quickly, hehe! This one is also good, I ordered a few special dishes, delicious! My second time during my vacation in Porto was an even better experience. Great food great view but the best thing was the service. Very friendly, professional and great. I will be back next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at DeCastro Gaia.  The restaurant was very kind to accommodate our request for a table adjacent to a window with a terrific view of the bridge.  Both appetizers and entres were excellent, as was the selection of ports.  The dining room is a great size, not too large yet intimate at the same time.   We did not venture upstairs to the roof terrace, although there is a relatively steady stream of guests passing through the dining room en route to the roof.  We would happily return again when next in Porto.

Nice restaurant,  good food,  good service,  which,  for the price,   you would expect. However,  it didn&#39;t start well when we were told we must wait 12 mins for the restaurant to open. Not &quot;Welcome,  come in,   have a drink while you wait&quot; just a gesture to wait nearby.  When we sat at a table nearby we were told that these tables were reserved for wine tasting only. I suggested we would only be 10 (12....) mins. To which the guy sneered and shrugged his shoulders. When we were finally allowed into the &quot;promised land&quot; of the restaurant it was clear that other customers had been in there for quite a while.  A totally baffling and completely unnecessarily unpleasant start to the evening.

Little tricky and inconvenient to get to the actual restaurant as it&#39;s housed in the Cruz winery building After that everything was excellent. Added bonus they put us in the small dining room facing the river.

Superb !  We were attentively served by Ricky who was friendly and efficient Food was excellent particularly the cod fish and octopus dishes

The food was excellent, the service was excellent, everything arrived hot and fast, a relatively romantic restaurant. The restaurant felt a little too fancy and was a little dark, and it felt like you had to whisper to each other since the atmosphere was very quiet. But a really great experience and very tasty.
